Commercial M&A Counsel – Hybrid (UK/Europe)

Taylor Root is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its Group Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers corporate transactions, M&A, tenders and major contracts across the UK and Europe, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, capable of managing stakeholders and advising on risk, with experience in private practice or in‑house. Hybrid working with three days in the London office.
