Bakery and Pastry Chef

This is your chance to make your mark across our new, modern college and off-site outlets, creating and delivering homemade baked products to hundreds of students and the wider community.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years previous experience of working in a kitchen environment at a similar level.
• Passion and enthusiasm for bakery, with experience of bread baking. Experience of making sourdough is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of current trends in food and food production
• Ability to determine priorities and make decisions, supported by excellent organisational skills.
• Basic food Hygiene
• Able to motivate and identify appropriate development opportunities for team members.
