Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist Specialist for our Rapid Assessment and Prevention OT service. You will conduct rapid multi-factorial assessments in patients’ homes to identify needs and co-produce achievable goals.
