Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Reservations Co-Ordinator for Bovey Castle. You will work in our sales team to manage reservations by phone, provide pricing and describe rooms and facilities. You will follow up enquiries promptly and reply to guest emails, ensuring every guest need is met and exceeded.

You will stay aware of sales incentives, packages and promotions to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional service in a busy, rewards-focused environment.
