Great Foods in Reading is seeking a Development Chef / NPD Chef to design and deliver chilled food‑to‑go ranges from concept through tasting and scale‑up. You will turn farm‑grown ingredients into retailer‑ready bowls and pots, hitting target costs and marketable flavours.

This hands‑on role covers recipe development, cost management, shelf‑life, chill and reheat performance, and prototype packaging. Reading office; freelance, contract or permanent options possible, depending on fit.
