I am recruiting on behalf of a 50+ bed care home in the Saltcoats area for a compassionate, experienced and reliable Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and support to residents during the day / night
2. Assist with mobility and daily living tasks
3. Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns
4. Collaborate with the night team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a UK Care Home is essential
2. Caring, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
3. A commitment to delivering high-quality care
