Key Responsibilities

  • Travel throughout the UK and Europe to complete restoration projects in high-profile retail stores.
  • Restore, refurbish, and maintain high-end wooden fixtures within live retail environments.
  • Work night shifts to minimise disruption to store operations.
  • Bespoke furniture and fixture maintenance training provided
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated site team.
  • Restore and repair a range of wooden veneers and solid timber fixtures to a high standard.
  • Apply professional furniture restoration techniques and finishes with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude while delivering excellent workmanship.
  • Adhere to strict health, safety, and professional standards on every project.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Who we are looking for and the qualities they will possess.

  • A strong trade background a recognised Joinery qualification preferable (workshop joinery experience is highly desirable).
  • A passion for producing exceptional quality work with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • A proactive, driven approach and a genuine enthusiasm for developing their skills and delivering outstanding results.
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel and work night shifts.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within Europe.
