In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van! Everyone’s shopping times vary, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £14.54 per hour, and you can stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions.

What we need from you
You don’t need any previous experience – just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest.
Driving Licence Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past five years
Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 years old to apply.
As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days
Required to work any four days out of seven, with 10‑hour shifts. Further details will be provided during pre‑boarding.
Shifts
AM & PM shifts. You may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota is released up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure
Paid monthly (lunar) – you will receive payment every four weeks according to a monthly schedule.
Hourly Pay Rates
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
- Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.40
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.63
- Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
- Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
