Bupa Dental Care Peterborough, Market Chambers is looking for a Lead Dental Nurse to join an experienced and supportive team.

Working Hours

Full‑time (43 hours per week) with the following pattern:

• Monday: 08:15 – 17:45
• Tuesday: 08:15 – 17:45
• Wednesday: 08:15 – 17:45
• Thursday: 08:15 – 18:15
• Friday: 08:15 – 17:45

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the dental nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits.
• Oversee reception duties and staff rosters.
• Update patient records and set up decontamination of instruments.
• Provide clinical chair‑side support to dentists.
• Maintain excellent patient care and customer focus.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff and management.

Qualifications & Experience

• GDC registered Dental Nurse.
• Leadership or senior nursing experience (ideal for a Lead position).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• Preferred dental experience and proficiency in relevant clinical procedures.
