The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Barback / Commis Waiter for our Palm Court lounge. The dazzling Palm Court is famed as the place where the tradition of afternoon tea was born over 150 years ago.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strong Palm Court team member ensuring that the service runs smoothly
- Ensure the restaurant pantry and bar are set for service
- Ensure all cutlery, crockery, glassware, and trays are spotless and clean before and during service
- Prepare and locate all mise‑en‑place in strategic areas in the restaurant
- Be responsible for linen for the restaurant
- Prepare and serve hot beverage as ordered
- Assist on the pass and serve food

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
- Strong interest and passion for food & beverage
