Overview

Lead Web Programmer at Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa, ENG, GB. Full time on site position. Join a studio that has spent over a decade pushing mobile and VR gaming, now developing an exclusive new game.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of web programmers, designing and building the web portal for a high profile game. Work with other leads and directors to set best in class standards for development, quality and performance. Shape the technical architecture of the web portal, manage a small or mid sized team, and support the team to deliver quality across the board.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role with technical depth and management of a web development team.
• Deep technical expertise in React, AWS infrastructure and core AWS services.
• Familiar with Dependency Injection (e.g., Inversify), Sanity CMS, BugSnag, and Datadog.
• Strong Agile experience, excellent written and verbal communication, proactive leadership, and ability to guide and motivate a team.
