FCA Compliance Lead — In-House, 4-Day Week, Hybrid

Beyond Co is seeking an experienced FCA Compliance Lead for a hybrid role in Newmarket. You’ll lead the development of our compliance framework and guide us through the FCA authorisation process.

This position offers a salary between £65,000 and £75,000, with a 32-hour work week across 4 days. You will help shape compliance that supports future product expansion while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
