• Position: Physicians, Pathologists (Health Care and Social Assistance)
• Type: Hourly Contract
• Compensation: $100-$300/hour
• Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Use your professional experience as a Pathologist to design and refine high-quality reasoning questions to evaluate AI models.
• Develop questions that reflect how pathologists interpret diagnostic findings, assess disease progression, and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, medical relevance, and adherence to professional standards in pathology.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI outputs, identifying scientific inaccuracies, reasoning gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to benchmark datasets and help define robust evaluation criteria for AI systems in the field of pathology.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience of full-time work experience as a Pathologist.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
