The Role

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Preparing Costa drinks with precision and passion.
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back.
• Becoming confident with our menu to recommend favourites and new arrivals.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety.
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone.
