Trainee Bus Driver (including Apprenticeship qualification)- Spalding

Salary & Training

£31,200 annual salary after completing training. During the 6‑8 week Level 2 Apprenticeship you will earn £12.21 per hour. Once training is finished you will earn £31,304 based on 40 hours per week.

We provide fully paid training and the opportunity to gain a PCV licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete the industry‑leading training, secure a PCV licence and continue CPC training as part of a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
• Drive the Stagecoach fleet safely and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey and delivers top‑notch customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel respected and cared for.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

What you need to apply

• Be 18years old or older.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK and meet the residency conditions mentioned.
• Patient, safe and courteous approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
