Time Critical Operational Care Specialist

Aerospace International Logistics Specialist Our client, a leading aerospace logistics specialist, is seeking an Aerospace International Logistics Specialist to manage time-critical (AOG) shipments and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery, ensuring customers receive regular updates and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and quotations.
• Monitor shipments from collection to delivery.
• Keep customers informed of shipment progress and resolve any issues.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, customs brokers and service partners.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships and support the operations team.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in aerospace logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Experience managing time-critical (AOG) shipments.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of international air freight and airline routings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
