Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead – Flexible Hours

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to provide expert advice, lead a small team, and drive safety improvements across the City Operations directorate. The role is based at Hollingdean Depot, Brighton, with flexi hours and a pro-rated salary.

You will oversee hazard management controls, deliver training, analyse safety data, and partner with service managers to meet statutory obligations across waste, environmental services, and related operations.
