Head of Marine Underwriting & Strategic Growth

Nexus Underwriting in London is seeking a strategic Head of Millstream Marine & Senior Underwriter to lead underwriting strategy, secure capital and drive MM business on behalf of B&B Europe.

You will manage binder capacity, build and mentor the MM team, maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and capacity providers, and ensure underwriting processes meet market regulations. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to industry regulators and senior leadership.
