Clinical Pharmacist – Patient-Centered Care & Career Growth

Practice Plus Group is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team in the UK. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Pharmacy Manager to deliver clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation for inpatients, outpatients and day patients.

We expect you to be GPhC registered with recent clinical experience, with solid knowledge of medication storage and controlled drugs.
