Liquid Personnel are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join an Integrated Mental Health Team in Wokingham. This role focuses on specialist assessments, care planning and interventions for adults with significant mental health needs to help them maximise independence in the community.
You will work with carers, families and professionals to provide person-centred support, complete functional and risk assessments, and contribute to safeguarding and housing adaptations.
