In-Home Post-Hospital Care Assistant (Flexible Hours)

Cera in Colchester & surrounding areas is hiring a Care Assistant. You’ll be supporting people to recover at home after surgery or illness, ensuring suitable care plans are in place and enabling earlier hospital discharge.

You’ll travel across the region including Colchester, Clacton, Tendring, Harwich, Manningtree, Frinton, Walton on the Naze to provide post-hospital care.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, and driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
