Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing tax advisory function, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses and larger corporate groups.
- Manage complex tax planning engagements, deliver high-quality advisory solutions and strengthen client relationships through commercial insight and technical excellence.
- Drive business development and networking with significant scope to influence and expand the firm’s footprint in the North West and beyond.
- Mentor and develop tax professionals, supporting continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Collaborate in shaping strategic tax delivery within a forward-thinking practice that values autonomy, innovation and professional growth.
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven leadership experience in tax advisory at an appropriate senior level (Manager or Senior Manager).
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and practical, relevant UK tax experience.
- Commercially astute with strong client-service focus and ability to deliver strategic guidance.
