24/7 CCTV Control Room Operator – Incident Response Pro

Equans UK & Ireland is recruiting a CCTV Control Room Operator for our National Operations Centre in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 1AY on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week, with a salary of £29,455.58 per annum and a benefits package.

You will monitor site alarm activations, verify CCTV events, and coordinate appropriate escalation, while supporting the Facilities Management Helpdesk and incident reporting processes as required.
