Senior Occupational Therapist – Reablement & Community Care

Wiltshire Council is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement North team. You will carry out assessments, design personalised reablement plans and guide individuals toward meaningful goals to support independent living after hospital stays.

The role offers autonomy with a varied caseload across homes, hospitals and community settings, plus a thorough induction, ongoing training and peer support to balance professional and personal development.
