Hybrid Legal Billing Specialist — Global Invoicing & Compliance

Totum Partners in London is seeking an experienced Legal Biller to join a small, collaborative team within a well-established global firm. The role offers hybrid working (three days in the office and two from home) with hours 9:30am–5:30pm.

You will generate invoices, ensure tax, payor, currency, and client instructions are accurate, and support complex, multi-currency billing across international and global teams while maintaining audit-ready records.
