Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (Litigation Rights) | Chester | Full-Time or 4-Day Working Week Available | £35,000 – £45,000 Pro Rata DOE

Our client is a specialist claims law firm based in Chester, focused on providing clear, practical advice and supporting clients across personal injury and specialist claims. The firm is SRA-regulated and has a strong focus on delivering a high-quality service through clear communication and effective claim progression.
The Role
The role will involve managing a varied claimant Personal Injury litigation caseload, including Fast Track and Intermediate Track RTA claims, EL/PL/OL Part 7 litigation, and a range of general claimant PI matters.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive litigation team where you can make a real impact, using your expertise to progress cases effectively, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
This position would suit an experienced claimant PI litigator who is confident managing a busy caseload independently and is looking for long-term progression within a supportive firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full claimant Personal Injury litigation caseload independently
- Handling Fast Track RTA, EL/PL/OL Part 7 litigation, and general claimant PI matters
- Driving case progression and meeting billing expectations
- Working collaboratively within a supportive litigation team
- Providing high-quality client care while maintaining commercial awareness
- Managing approximately 120150 files
- Achieving billing expectations of £15,000£20,000 per month
- Delivering strong KPI and file progression performance
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Litigation Rights
- Strong claimant Personal Injury litigation experience
- Experience managing a full caseload independently
- Collaborative, communicative, and commercially aware approach
- Strong billing focus
- Interest in long-term progression and future senior/leadership capability
