Care Home Chef – Flexible Hours & Employee-Owned Team

Shaw healthcare is seeking a Chef at West View, a care home in Tenterden, Kent, specialising in dementia, residential, and respite care. The role offers 15 hours per week or 37.5 hours per week with shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus 8.30am-4.30pm blocks or 9.30am-5.30pm on a 4 weekly rota.

You will liaise with the Home Manager and staff to provide fresh, home‑cooked meals daily, meet dietary needs and cultural preferences, and manage the catering budget.
