Remote Mechatronics Support Engineer — Robot Diagnostics

Humanoid is advancing humanoid robotics with a remote-first support model. We seek a Mechatronics Remote Support Engineer to diagnose issues remotely, guide field interventions when needed, and occasionally travel as a flying doctor to on-site sites not resolvable remotely.

You will work with telemetry, 3D BOMs, and fleet analytics to identify root causes, deliver precise repair recommendations, and document solutions for our growing robot platform.
