What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide accurate diagnosis and treatment both in-person and remotely.
- Provide clear and precise reports to management regarding employees’ fitness to work and suggest any necessary workplace adjustments.
- Identify, evaluate, and offer advice on workplace hazards that contribute to musculoskeletal issues.
- Carry out workplace assessments, especially Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and work-based tasks, providing actionable advice and recommendations.
- Employ a bio-psychosocial approach to rehabilitation, helping employees overcome work barriers through functional assessment.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments and treatments in compliance with company policies and national standards.
- Participate in company-wide health initiatives and collaborate with the health trainer team to encourage healthier lifestyles.
- Ensure adherence to national clinical rehabilitation standards and maintain clinical objectivity throughout your practice.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is mandatory.
- A valid driver’s licence is required as you might need to travel between sites.
- An interest or experience in Occupational Health is advantageous.
