Mental Health & Wellbeing Lead for Teacher Training

National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) is seeking a Student Support Lead (Mental Health and Wellbeing) to shape the trainee experience across programmes. You will lead mental health services, provide expert guidance, and work with partners to ensure a seamless support offer including disability and inclusion.

You will collaborate with colleagues across NIoT and Teach First, overseeing casework, external providers, and policy delivery to maintain an outstanding student experience.
