Catering Supervisor: Culinary Team Lead for Stellar Service

Chartwells Independent, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor on a full-time basis to oversee all catering and service operations. This role involves supervising culinary and service teams, ensuring high standards of food and customer service, and maintaining KPIs with the line manager.

We look for at least two years of catering experience, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication and organisational skills.
