Luxury F&B Supervisor – Forbes 5★ Service

The Torridon in Scotland is seeking an 1887 F&B Supervisor to uphold 5* service at our Michelin Star and Green Michelin 1887 restaurant. You will lead the 1887 team, supervise guest interactions, handle complaints with tact, and ensure the dining room maintains luxury standards.

The role includes coordinating with management, managing rotas, and driving ESG and sustainability on shift. Hours are up to 45 per week over 5 days, with live-in accommodation onsite and staff meals provided.
