Crisis Resolution Support Worker – 24/7 Mental Health Team

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Stockport is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). You will support service users in acute mental health crises, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help prevent hospital admissions.

The role offers training, induction, ongoing development, and opportunities to contribute to recovery in the community, with a rolling rota covering day and night shifts.
