F&B Supervisor: Lead Guest Service at a Luxury Hotel

Fowey Hall Hotel, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the management team in daily restaurant operations, oversee service, and motivate staff. The role is permanent, 24 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.40 plus service charge and benefits.

You will supervise breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, ensure guest satisfaction, assist with recruitment, training, and stock control, and work flexible evenings and weekends.
