Nursing Care Director – Elderly & Dementia Care

Orchid Healthcare in Amersham is seeking a Head of Care – Nursing to lead nursing and care teams in a purpose-built elderly care home. You will work alongside the Home Manager to plan and deliver the highest standard of nursing care for residents, including those with dementia.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse (RGN), strong leadership and excellent communication, plus minimum four years hands-on experience in elderly care, and a passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
