Senior Occupational Therapist – Pathway to Independence

Walsall Council is seeking an Occupational Therapist Advanced Practitioner for its Pathway to Independence service. You will lead day‑to‑day practice, support team management, ensure high‑quality care, and drive improvements for adults in Walsall.

You will work with the Team Manager to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and professional standards, provide supervision, model best practice, and develop others across Reablement, Enablement and Prevention.
