Transport Administrator – Devon Depot

An opportunity has become available to join our team at Stan Robinson;

As an experienced transport administrator, you will work closely with, and develop a good working relationship with the existing transport team and drivers. You will be responsible for the accurate inputting of customer consignments and assisting in the day-to-day activities of the depot.

Responsibilities of position;

• Input of customer consignments
• Customer service relations
• Allocation of driver paperwork
• De-briefing drivers, and processing paperwork and delivery/collection notes.
• Ensure health and safety and quality process compliance

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of working in the transport industry
• Planning experience an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment.
