What is the role?
We are looking for Casual Ticket Office Assistants who are presentable, reliable and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Ticket Office can serve a large number of supporters every day, including weekends. It will involve providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone, as well as dealing with customer queries and enquires in a friendly and professional manner.
What will you be doing?
The main duties of the role will be to sell Match Day and Season tickets through our ticketing system, and answer supporters queries, including occasional outbound calls to supporters. You will be a face and voice of the Club at the Ticket window and over the phone and will be tasked with giving our supporters the best level of service. We are looking for local candidates who have availability to work shifts during the operational working hours of the Ticket Office. (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) and weekend shifts where required, along with match days. Quantity of shifts allocated per week will fluctuate throughout the season due to demands.
Is this you? You are enthusiastic and professional with excellent customer service skills. You are organised, have good IT skills, an active team player and previous experience of handling cash. You’re eager to learn and to develop yourself and will take pride in being a good representation of the football club. Basically, you’re a positive people person with previous experience in a similar role. This role is ideal for people from the local area including students, graduates and people looking for part time work.
