Care Assistants

Norwa Care are looking for compassionate, reliable Senior Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting adults in residential and community settings.

The role involves supporting service users with daily care needs, leading shifts, supervising care staff, administering or overseeing medication, completing care records, and helping to ensure a safe, caring and person-centred environment.

What you’ll do

• Leading and supporting care staff during shifts
• Providing personal care and practical support
• Medication support and accurate record keeping
• Liaising with families, professionals and management
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Ensuring care plans and company procedures are followed
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 6 months UK paid senior care experience
• Right to work in the UK
