Cater Link Limited is recruiting an experienced Operations Director for our North East schools catering business. The role covers Middlesbrough, Hull, Bradford and Rotherham with a £22M turnover across 163 schools.

You will lead teams to deliver KPIs in Health and Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance, building strong client relationships and steering the operation commercially. As a leader you will develop the team, maintain calm and focus, and drive growth in a term-time driven business
