People Partner (Part-Time) for Education – Impact & Collaboration

Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) is seeking an experienced People Partner for a 3-day-per-week, job-share arrangement with our group of leading independent girls’ schools. You will work closely with school leaders to advise on people matters, guide organisational change, and foster wellbeing and engagement across the Trust.

You’ll partner, communicate effectively, and influence decisions in a sector where education quality starts with people.
