Around-the-Clock Hospital Switchboard Operator

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a reliable Telephonist to join the Blackpool Hospitals switchboard team. The role requires working a 24/7 rota including nights, weekends and holidays, and being able to work as a lone worker during evening/night shifts.

You will handle incoming calls, record essential information, and operate radio/bleep systems to support hospital services and public access 24 hours a day.
