The Villa in Wrea Green, Lancashire, is seeking a Junior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a commis or trainee chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career, supporting preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes.
You’ll work with experienced chefs across sections, maintain high standards of hygiene, assist with mise en place, and contribute to menu development while learning and growing in a supportive, professional kitchen.
