Kitchen Team Leader: Lead, Learn & Grow

Premier Inn Chichester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, including rotas, stock ordering and leading the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to uphold food quality, hygiene and cost controls, while developing leadership skills for future roles within Whitbread.

The role is hands-on and offers a path to advance towards Head Chef, with a 24-hour-per-week schedule and an hourly rate up to £13.86.
