Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Growth, North Petherton

Voyage-Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our residential service in North Petherton. You will join a dynamic team supporting individuals to gain independence while assisting the Service Manager with daily supervision and operations.

The role requires previous Senior Support Worker experience and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, plus experience supporting individuals with complex needs including distress, mental health, and trauma.
