Patient-Focused Medical Receptionist

SpaMedica, the UK’s largest NHS cataract surgery provider, seeks a Medical Receptionist for Leicester hospital cluster. You’ll be based at Gateway House, Grover Park, Enderby, and support 37.5 hours over 4 days in a 6‑day rotation, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The role focuses on patient care, safety and satisfaction across sites. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, registering patients, booking appointments and handling all reception tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.
