Pay: £12.71 – £13.85 per hour + holiday pay (£14.24 – £15.52 total, event dependent)

Arc is recruiting experienced Event Staff to join our vibrant Festival and Events Team for an exciting season across Scotland. From atmospheric Candlelight Concerts to large-scale stadia events and major festivals, and event contract catering shifts Mon-Fri, no two shifts are ever the same.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks at high-volume bars using mass-dispense or packaged systems
- Scanning tickets and welcoming guests
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service and directing patrons
- Keeping queues moving and energy high
- Working long shifts in lively, high-energy environments
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality, festivals, events, pubs or bars
- Confidence serving drinks and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK
