A great opportunity for a Wills and Probate Lawyer who wants to work for a firm that offers career development and progression in a supportive and inclusive work environment. n n n The role would suit Solicitors or FILEX with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, and who are confident managing their own caseload and keen to continue developing their expertise within private client law.n n n Full STEP membership is desirable, or you may be studying or working towards this qualification.n n Main responsibilities of this Wills and Probate Lawyer: n n
- n
- Draft Wills and advise clients on estate planning and succession matters
- Administer estates of varying complexity
- Set up and administer Trusts, providing clear and practical advice to clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Private Client team to deliver an efficient and high-quality service

nExperience required for this Wills and Probate Lawyer role: n n
- n
- A minimum of two years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- A strong background in Wills, Trusts and Probate work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A clear commitment to high standards of client care
- The ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and meet deadlines
- A positive and collaborative approach to working within a growing team
