Job Description:

NHS Highland is seeking to recruit an Access Management Team Leader to lead and develop the Access Management Team. The team plays a pivotal role in delivering access services across the whole NHS Highland workforce, including Secondary Care, Primary Care, Community Services and Third Sector partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Access Management Team, providing clear leadership and direction to support ongoing process improvement and service development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with experience in this field. You should be able to demonstrate clear communication skills and can engage and support others while ensuring effective governance and high standards of service delivery.
