Personal specifications for this Private Family Solicitor role: Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in family law, with strong technical knowledge and sound practical judgement. Proven experience managing a varied caseload of privately funded divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience advising privately paying clients. advanced Resolution or Law Society accreditations are desirable. Business development experience or an enthusiasm for building client relationships and supporting departmental growth is an advantage.
